Or at least, when I called them and asked, they told me explicitly to run the Reds. Now, people with lightweight/SCC cars do indeed use the Reds as their track only pads, but they can use the Greens for street + occasional track stuff. For cars with our weight (he asked me if it was over 3,000lbs) he said you should use the EBC Reds for street/track mix and not for track only. I bought the reds and they were the best pad combination I've had to date for mostly street + some track. Just something to keep in mind. But hey, if they work for you and last, more power to ya! =) I think they were just implying that they wont last long and wont hold up to the heat on a heavier car but since you were okay, that's good.
